The Community Services Department

The role of the Community Services Department is to bolster the organization of community programs by collaborating with the community, government agencies, the private sector, NGOs, youth, businesses and those who are interested in the development of the district. Various initiatives have been taken to strengthen social and community development programs through implementation of the National Blue Ocean Strategy (NBOS). MPAG is also a major supporter of State Government programs especially at the district level, in rural/village and residential areas.

Administration and DUN Management Division

  4. Management of overtime / travel allowance claims.
  5. Management of banquets.
  6. Management of departmental Vote and miscellaneous bills.

  9. Management of programmes between MPAG and the community.
  10. Management of departmental SISPAA Complaint System feedbacks.
  11. Management of home improvement/repair assistance (PPKB).
  12. E-Kasih status verification.
  13. Management of the preparation district and state level focus group meeting report.
  14. Management of Sunday Night Relaxation (Santai Malam Minggu) Programme.
  15. Secretariat for the Social Youth and LA21 Committee meeting.
  16. General administration of the department.

Logistics and Quality Management Division

  1. Management of logistics rental, Terminal Sejahtera Hall and Meeting Room.
