Coordinate and monitor the development plan applications and other applications received via the OSC online system. Functions as the secretariat for the OSC Committee Meeting twice a month. Inform the applicants of the results/approval for development proposal application. Verify land development application to the Land Office and prepare regular reporting through the OSC portal.

  1. Management of applications related to land development, planning permission, infrastructure, building and landscape plans.
  2. Secretariat for the OSC Committee.
  3. Unit’s quality management.
  4. General administration of the unit.
